Kothimbir (Marathi) means coriander.  Kotbimbir is usually used to garnish dishes but making a dish out of it would be an interesting concept. Kothimbir vadi is a Maharashtrian dish served as snacks or a side bite during your meal. There are many methods of preparing this dish but the most popular one is by deep or shallow frying. During summer it is really important to stay hydrated to avoid health problems. Water does miracle but if you don’t like the taste of water, drinking fruit juices is also a healthy way to stay hydrated. Drinking ready made juices will not serve the purpose as they cause more harm to your health. A healthy alternative is to drink fresh home made juices, which are tasty and loaded with a lot of health benefits. So, in this blog, I have listed some healthy fruit juices that you can drink to beat the summer heat.

 1. Lemon Juice:

Ingredients:

2 tbsp lemon juice

few mint leaves/ pudina (optional)  

1 tsp sugar

¼ tsp pepper powder

½ tsp black salt

2 cup water

few ice cubes

How to make Lemon Juice:

Firstly, in a blender take 2 tbsp lemon juice, sugar, few mint leaves, ¼ tsp pepper powder and ½ tsp black salt.

Add 2 cup water and few ice cubes.

Blend to smooth making sure everything is well combined.

Finally, pour into a glass and enjoy with ice cubes.

2. Watermelon Juice:

Ingredients:

1½ cup de-seeded watermelon

½ lemon juice

¼ tsp black salt

few mint leaves/ pudina

¼ tsp pepper powder

few ice cubes

How To Make Watermelon Juice:

Firstly, in a blender take 1½ cup watermelon and make sure there are no seeds.

Add ½ lemon juice, few mint, ¼ tsp black salt, ¼ tsp pepper powder, and few ice cubes.

blend to smooth, making sure everything is well combined.

Filter the juice to get rid of the pulp.

Pour the watermelon juice into a glass and enjoy with ice cubes.

3.Orange Juice:

Ingredients:

3 orange (peel and remove seeds)  

1 tsp sugar

1 pinch of salt

few ice cubes

How To Make Orange Juice:

Firstly, in a juicer take 3 orange and blend with little water in it.

Blend to smooth making sure everything is well combined.

filter the juice to get rid of the pulp.

Further, pour the orange juice into a glass and enjoy with ice cubes.
